The other main change to the League this year is that the rally scoring system is to be adopted for all League matches. Details can be found following the link at the bottom left. The basics of the scoring system for the League is each match shall consist of nine rubbers. A rubber consists of the best of 3 games of 21 points. The side winning a rally adds a point to its score. If the score reaches 20 all, the side which gains a 2 point lead first, wins that game, e.g. 27-25. At 29 all, the side scoring the 30th point, wins that game. The side winning a game serves first in the next game.

|
A new scorecard has been produced and is available for download from the League Rules page, in addition, the League Constitution has been updated to include the new scoring system. If you are unsure of the rally scoring system please use the link below and print off a copy of the rules.
